Introduction:These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and the booking of any gardening or maintenance services provided by Your Local Gardener Scotland Ltd ("we", "us", "our"). By using our services, you agree to these terms.

 

2. Services. We offer a range of garden maintenance and repair services including grass cutting, hedge trimming, fencing, power washing, and general garden tidy-ups. Full service descriptions are available on our website.

 

3. Booking & Payment. All services can be booked online via our website or by contacting us directly. No upfront payment is required for most jobs. For jobs where the total quoted cost exceeds £1000, a 50% deposit will be required at the commencement of works. The remaining balance will be due upon completion of the job to your satisfaction.

 

4. Cancellations. We understand that plans can change. Cancellations made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment will not incur a fee. Late cancellations may be subject to a charge.

 

5. Our Commitment. All work is carried out by local, trusted professionals. We strive to provide high-quality service, and payment is only due once the work is completed to your satisfaction (excluding the deposit clause for larger jobs)

 

6. Liability. While we take every care during our work, we are not liable for pre-existing damage or issues outside the agreed scope of work.
