• Quotes are free and there is no obligation to accept them.
• Sending a quote request through this website, by phone, email or WhatsApp does not book or confirm any work. Work only goes ahead once you have accepted a quote and we have agreed the details with you.
• We prepare quotes based on the information and photographs you give us and, where needed, a visit. If the work turns out to be materially different from what was described, we will talk to you about any change before carrying on.
• There are no upfront costs for a quote.
